HI-GRADE customer service

Hi-Grade prides ourself on our high levels of product reliability and the quality of our customer support programmes. Hi-Grade's Customer Services Department acts as a single point of contact for any software or hardware related queries. Calls are answered by our trained customer support personel who will determine the nature of any problem and the quickest way to resolve it. All calls are logged and their nature categorised, this enables Hi-Grade to analyse response times, and improve upon them if necessary.

Experience with our larger customers has shown that their own technical staff can easily maintain our systems with the help of Hi-Grade's technical support hotline. We also believe in free regular visits to such customers by our engineers. We feel this enhances awareness of our products on the part of customers' technical staff and enables them to maintain the equipment more easily than they otherwise could.

Unlike many companies, Hi-Grade Computers (Cy) Ltd utilises its own in-house team of qualified and experienced Computer engineers and has maintenance depots in Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaca. Hi-Grade takes direct responsibility for all customer care, technical support, maintenance and repair. There are no third parties involved in any aspect of our customer relations so you can rely on the support of well trained, experienced Hi-Grade engineers who are familiar with their products and know exactly what they are talking about.

Hi-Grade offers a range of support programs to suit its customers' requirements. Support contracts can be tailored to meet a specific customer's needs, for example, a customer may specify a guaranteed response and repair time for their systems.

All of Hi-Grade's standard desktop systems carry a three-year warranty covering both parts and labour for the first year and parts only for the second and third years. Notebooks and Ultinets carry a one-year warranty covering both parts and labour. All Hi-Grade standard systems carry unlimited telephone support for the system's lifetime.

A range of Networking services and support programs are also available through the company's networking division. Services on offer include, network installations, consultancy, systems integration and facilities management.
